My wife is on the Monjouro ( spelling) . It is absolutely amazing what she eats and looses weight.
Part of my problem is she absolutely thinks red meat is fattening. There fore we eat the crap that comes in a box, and has very little meat in it. I am hungry before the plates are dry.
