| Well, if you want a whole loin, rotisserie is the ticket. This one had Walkerswood jerk seasoning . Otherwise I’d generally agree with Kooiker about tenderloins. However- we’ve got a local dive bar that does a grilled Southwest loin with pepper jack cheese, bacon, and chipotle mayo. That sammich is phenomenal.
