Whole pork tenderloins are a pretty regular part of our meals. Fixed a number of different ways including grilled. Pretty cheap eats, especially when the loins are on sale which is pretty often.
I don’t disagree but “pork loin” is not the same as “pork tenderloin”. Both are good when properly prepared but they are not the same.
It’s not low carb or gluten free but pork tenderloin is best breaded and deep fried on a bun with mustard and pickles.
