| Certain strains of good bacteria in the gut starving is a issue with a all meat diet. Pretty easy to improve on that with some vegetables and a small amount of carbohydrates.
Is a all meat diet really better than a 90% meat diet with some greens like broccoli and maybe some carbohydrates if you if are not on insulin? Everyone is different. 20 year old athlete and 70 year old with 2 type and arthritis cant be compared.
Saying I feel better on a all meat might be true but that doesn't mean its better than a meat diet with some greens and that in 5 years issues wont pop up. Someone feeling better on a vegan diet may be true but that doesn't mean being vegan is the best way to eat. It just means when someone's diet is based around fast food and sugar its pretty easy to improve on that. | |
