I think this will likely be my last nutrition-related post, and I think many will be glad to see me go.

I get to be on here mainly in spurts and have quite a lot going on. If I don't respond to a reply whereby anything is quoted I have typed, it's not because I am ignoring a reply or response from you or others. I simply haven't had time due to being on the road for pressing things. Too much to explain.
