(granted it was filled with young people wanting to get a start in the field of dentistry and I don't blame them for that at all, everyone has to start somewhere)

No tissue under them. No sink, no sterile container, No one wiping or cleaning. Looked dirty to start with.
Another gentleman seeking help there had an abscess and had tooth ache and had been told he couldn't get in for another week before they could see him. You could see the fat puss filled looking lump on his jaw on the outside.....
