Insurance companies are hurting because payouts went up faster than premiums. They are also struggling because adjusters are too cozy with body shops and roofers.
If a hail storm was to pass through, 2 days later the neighborhood will be overrun with roofing companies. They can all tell you which adjuster you need, what you need to tell them, and what to show them.
I am not suggesting insurance isn’t to cover hail storms but if only a certain adjuster could approve the claim with crafted answers, the replacement maybe more to the benefit of the roofer than you | |
