Turns out my neighbor read this thread while on vacation in Washington state.
He has a grinder/press and offered to have me swing over to see how it’s done.
Once again, everything I need is right at home!

Ps: We’re not sure what we want to get ourselves into. We do know we enjoy buying home made from a guy we trust. But seems we could just as well make our own, and learn something! | |
