Sounds like I am meeting minimum requirements. :-)

Edit: looks like Gouda, one of my favorites, is 7.1 grams so almost on the money as is the American on my McDouble.
I am probably between 2 and 3 grams protein per kg of body weight every day.
My McDouble snack for my motorcycle ride today. The part I don't eat. Sorry, the rest was already consumed.
Sitting at McDonald's figuring this out. Any more of this heavy math and my head will start hurting. :-)
