Subject: Ok here goes - with pictures!



Pittsburg, Kansas
175#/2.26=78kg body weight.

2# of meat = 32oz * 7grams protein = 224

224 grams protein / 78 kg body weight = 2.87 grams per kg of body weight.

Sounds like I am meeting minimum requirements. :-)

I figured I was.

Looks like cheese is a little less and I kind of lumped the cheese in with the meat. https://www.eatthis.com/cheese-protein-amount/
Edit: looks like Gouda, one of my favorites, is 7.1 grams so almost on the money as is the American on my McDouble.

I am probably between 2 and 3 grams protein per kg of body weight every day.

My McDouble snack for my motorcycle ride today. The part I don't eat. Sorry, the rest was already consumed.

Sitting at McDonald's figuring this out. Any more of this heavy math and my head will start hurting. :-)
