It freezes the best when you use new plastic jugs, fill only 80% full, when you stack in your freezer if lots and they are close together, your freezer wall can bulge as they expand.primary sales here are fresh but we freeze a few hundred gallons for cider donut making in the off season.wash your apples , do not use drops, straining with a very fine mesh is best, back in the day nylon socks( new) were used, balance the various apples to a nice blend
