The bios password had to have certain characters in it to work. When I got that right it opened up.

I have been trying to put in upgraded memory sticks (2x8gb) and when I order 1333 megh everyone sends 1600 and they say that should work.

I wanted to get into the bios to maybe change that setting so I could use the 1600 ram, but bios now doesn't seem to allow that. (I think they used to call it overclocking.

And I didn't buy the computer new.......bought it off ebay for the cheap>:) has win7pro and I like it.
