South Texas | First year in the agricultural drone business, and have been reading most all of the posts here. I’ve seen a number of great questions, and being new in the business, I especially appreciate the time many of you have taken to post meaningful replies.
I have a potential client who has contacted me about spreading bermudagrass seed for erosion control on frac pond slopes, but I’ve only just opened the box for the spreader I got with my T40. I haven’t yet had the opportunity to play around with it to see what it will do, and am considering working a deal with this client to get some in-field experience. Anyone using their T40, or similar, for spreading seed that can assist with guidance on a starting point (height, swath width, speed)? He’s looking to spread about 10# per acre. | |
