I had a woman from onstar almost crying a couple of years ago over this exact issue. I was being way to dramatic when I asked her how she slept at night knowing that onstar saw my car upside down in the ditch with my children possibly hurt and they wouldn't call for help because I wouldn't pay the subscription.
Do you ask Wal-Mart employees how they sleep at night too?
Some things are best unsaid.
If you want to air frustration, a calm collected response that acknowledges the blame is further up the chain and the employee would be helping you out if they passed on your grievance is the best way to handle that imo. |
