I will defer to an expert like yourself to post a picture of a gas pump with higher priced 87 Octane E-10 vs 87 Octane "No ethanol" gas.
Surely someone like yourself who gets out a lot will have several pictures of gas pumps that indicate that ethanol is costing the American consumer more money at the pump.
